A results-focused 2-week programme designed to build strength, boost fitness, and create habits that actually stick.

DO I NEED TO BE FIT TO JOIN?

Not at all. Whether you're starting from scratch or getting back into it, everything is tailored to your level.

WHAT WILL I ACTUALLY BE DOING?

A mix of strength training, conditioning, and coached sessions designed to push you (without breaking you).

WHEN CAN I START?

You can start immediately! Our facility is fully open and ready to welcome you. Once you claim your offer, our team will be in touch to schedule your first session.

WHAT CLASS TIMES AND TRAINING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

We offer a variety of training options throughout the week, including CrossFit, Hyrox, Olympic Lifting, Gymnastics, Teens classes, Open gym Training, and our popular Saturday Team WoD sessions.
